Buffalo Food Brand Redesign Series
In 2025 I began a six-part personal design series to reimagine iconic Buffalo food brands through a modern lens. The goal was to refine each brand’s visual identity, streamline its branding and packaging, and preserve the equity and character that made each one a Buffalo staple. This is an independent passion project, not commissioned work by any of the featured brands. It is simply my way of combining my love of Buffalo, food, and graphic design.
Part 2: Weber’s
This conceptual rebrand explores what Weber's Mustard could look like while honoring more than a century of history. Founded in 1922 at Buffalo's Broadway Market, Weber's has earned its place as one of Western New York's most recognizable food brands. The goal wasn't to reinvent that legacy—it was to modernize it with a bolder visual identity, refined packaging and a brand system that feels just as timeless on the shelf as it does in Buffalo's history.
It’s been a lot of fun reimagining how these iconic brand could evolve while staying true to what made them iconic in the first place. The best part? I’ve already presented this to Weber’s. They loved the thinking and there’s a chance it (or some version of it) might actually come to fruition in 2027.
