I worked directly with The Martin Group throughout the entire branding process for the Arena Football League's team, the Albany Empire. After conceptualizing and sketching dozens of concepts, the Empire decided on a mark which became known as "The Battle Mask". The mark, which subtly merges visuals of an ancient warrior mask and a football, can be seen on everything from uniforms and merch to the field and throughout the stadium.
